You know the copper supply line on a faucet body/handle that usually ends in 1/2" MIP threads?
Faucets I've bought for bathroom remodels have really short supply stubs off the bottom of the handles, the part that goes through the holes in the vanity top/sink. It's only a few inches long, and the vanities I've bought don't make it easy to get at that spot, much less get two wrenches up there.

I'm thinking I don't know the terminology well enough to find what I'm looking for online, but a recent kitchen faucet I had to replace had really long supply hoses off the faucet body, that had the 1/2" MIP threads. That was soooooo easy to hook up.

Is there an extender type of supply hose/pipe that I can screw on to the copper supply lines before inserting the brass shank through the vanity top? That would terminate in 1/2" MIP threads? I cannot seem to find anything online, and I figure I'm not using the correct search terms.

No there isn't. You'd have to make something. Generally it isn't that hard to disconnect supply hoses are they have a rubber washer inside of them and shouldn't be that tight.

Connect the supply hoses first then set the faucet.
