I live in California where the current standard is 1.28 gallons/flush. I am considering the Drake II 454 in the 1.0 gallon option. MAP rates it "Highly Recommended" but I would welcome experience of others.

The 1G Drake II has been working well for my customers. If you do feel like flushing with more though, holding the handle a moment longer lets more water drop out of the tank.

Thanks, Terry, that's exactly the information/encouragement I needed.

I've had this 1G toilet installed and in use for two months. It is GREAT! Quick, efficient, and not noisy! It works so much better than my 1.6g toilets, I'm going to order a second one.
