How about a paper clip box and a pencil?

I was my church today and we were converting T12 Fluorescent U-Bent tubes to LED U-Bent tubes. For some of the LED tubes it was quite hard to get the pins to click in the pin holder. Some time ago someone else didn't have luck. Five closets with 5 2x2 troffers, only one set worked. This was not one of them.
