Hansgrohe handle set screw

I removed the handle to adjust the temp setting and while re-installing the handle, am finding that the set screw doesn’t provide a great grip….I can still pull off the handle with slight effort. I’ve turned the set screw fairly tight without going overboard.

Is this just the nature of this fixture? I don’t plan on trying to pull off the handle during everyday use but I also figured it would be a bit more secure.

Try using locknite on the screw to hold in place firmly . If this doesn't work try using Nail polish - works the same way .

Set screw with a cup point. Here what one looks like. Ace hardware might have it.
