In the 3 bowl sinks I've installed, I put the disposer in the shallow center bowl. Doesn't everybody?

Center, of three bowls, is where mine is. But it also has two drains from the wall to make it easier to connect.

Service plumber/shop owner. Opposite the d.w. I was taught, "never pass up a waste." So the d.w. gets dumped into a branch tailpiece. Illinois code prohibits a d.w. dumping into a disposer. If no d.w. it goes whatever side it's easiest for me to install it on.
