I recentled remodeled two restrooms that share the plumbing in the same wall. I changed some of the plumbing around to make things work. I ended up with two copper pipes (part of the old hot and cold supply lines for the shower) that I capped off. They are still connected and filled with water and about 2 to 4 feet sections of pipe. Do I need to be worried about the water in there getting stagnant or bacteria or anything like that?
Thanks

No. When you use water, it will mix with the water in the pipes, as fresh water comes with pressure.
