Singer Furnace Overhaul

Hello,
I have been overhauling my furnace for the last two days. I started with oiling the blower motor and then discovered that one of the burner chambers (2nd to the Right) was not burning efficient and there was some signs of flame rollout when I took the shield off. So it was either fix or replace. I decided to fix. I tore the whole thing down, cleaned it piece by piece. Gave it my full attention for two days. Vacuumed and blew out the heat exchanger. This was the problem. It's all back together. Running like a Champ. No Noises, No Glitches. I don't think God could have invented a better furnace.
This thing is old, probably my age. I have searched for years on the internet for information on Singer Furnaces. There is nothing. One or two pics. My question is concerning the Gas Flow. I am asking if any ol' tech could visually tell if there is too much gas flow to these chambers. Do I need to adjust it down? and my understanding is blue flame with no orange tips is best flame? Blower motor is on in first pic.

Ran factory service for singer in the early 70s they bought american furnace company in st. louis made them in dupo Illinois. Singer closed their doors early 80s don't remember who bought them out. 150k furnace there should of been baffles in the upper holes of the heat exchanger if i remember correctly. Thats when they put a lot of metal in furnaces.

Overhaul Pics. This is the only thing I really had to overhaul. I did rewire it about 9 years ago. That was a day I clearly remember. I started out just cleaning the connectors with a wire brush. I got them all looking new. Connected it back up and fired it up and the old wiring started on fire. I couldn't believe my eyes. I grabbed some new wire and never looked back.

The ribbon burners are all in good shape. I didn't get a pic of all of them. When I first bought the place 15 years ago, two of the ribbon burners were missing the air flow adjust caps. I knew that was wrong. At the time, I has squirrels running around the attic. So I was Big Time on eliminating squirrels. I had purchased a new pellet gun and pellets. I found that the caps / covers of the pellet tins matched / fit exactly as the air flow adjust caps. So I modified them into air flow caps. Second pic is first run after overhaul (blower motor on). The air flow had not been adjusted. I was looking for flame rollout.

I've never seen any signs of baffles. It makes sense though. Yep, early 80's is my understanding too. This thing is a work horse.
