Shower valve making squealing/whistling noise when hot water is used

Hello,

I have a shower only and there would be a squealing/whistling sound coming from the shower valve when I turn the handle to hot. I have attached a video from imgur for a better hearing of the sound. Could it be the cartridge inside? I also have a water softener and a tankless water heater. Everything in the house is less than two years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
