My new Rheem proterra installation is momentarily halted as I discover that the large green ground wire from the Rheem is screwed into the junction box. My old dead ge hybrid has the green wire go directly into the wiring. There is an extra green ground screw in the outside plate of the junction box. Seems awkward. So, I assume that the big green wire from the cut-out junction connection attaches to this screw on the Rheem and all is ok .? This all may be obvious but the wiring diagram and the instructions make no note of this. Thanks.
