I have installed a new pressure tank a new well pump and new wiring with new line I cannot get my pressure tank to fill up it started to for about 2 hours and then failed this is my second pressure tank please I need help

1. How high does the pressure gauge get?
2. What pressure setting is your pressure switch-- 40/60, 30/50, or what?
3. During your two hours, was the pump powered continuously, was the pump turning on and off every 5 seconds, or what?
4. Post a photo that includes the pipe from the well, the input to the pressure tank, the pressure gauge, and the pressure switch. 800 pixels and 200KB max. If the pump is not down the well, include that in the photo.
