I need to identify this sillcock. Trying to repair. No real identifying marks

Pro tip from a non pro.

When replacing the 00 sealing washer on the end of the shaft, tear away the rubber washer first. Do NOT mess with the small Phillips screw just yet. Once washer is gone then remove the screw.
