I’m on my 5th hot water heater in the past 7 years. The plumber states it is from electrolysis and is getting feed back on two breakers in the electrical panel that go to outlets in my upstairs living room and my basement family room. He suggested adding a second grounding rod to panel, which was done. Everything seems to be grounded properly but he is still getting feedback. What are we missing
