That actually doesn't work; breakers are designed to be "trip free" so that the internal mechanisms can trip without being constrained by the handle in any way.

Ya, something like that would only keep someone from manually shutting off the breaker. The breaker will still trip on short circuit or overload (well it better at least).

Stupid.
You run the wire back through 5 times to make it 100 amps.
Everyone know dis.

(The violation here is using 16-gauge wire on a 20-amp breaker.)
