Help identifying manufacturer of a bathroom faucet--drip fix

Hi everyone,

I have a dripping bathroom faucet, and think the fix is to replace the seat and spring on the cold handle. But I don't know the manufacturer.

Can anyone help me identify so that I can get the right seat and spring? OR... can anyone give advice on if there are "universal" seat/springs that might work?
