I have a water to water open loop pump and dump geothermal system. When I go on vacation this summer I would like to shut the water off to the house. However that will turn the geothermal air conditioning off. It would be nice if I could shut the water off to the house, obviously to prevent any flooding while away, but I don't see any other options.

Since we don't have a clue how your piping is could cut in a hose bib.and a shut off for the house. Also a hose bib for the geo after shutoff valve. Water hose between the two hose bibs.

I'm confused you go out for a weekend or a day. Do you have any idea how much damage would be caused by a line break running for hours. The only thing running would be your geo. Not a toilet, icemaker or water heater. Middle of April guess there's freezing weather in Iowa. Send it to Missouri.
