I have an iron problem at my house, I switched over to bypass because my water softener needed some attention (screens plugged with iron deposits).

Looking down at the "clean" tinted cloudy water in the bowl, and I see some puddled water at the bottom of my bowl. I am wondering if, and how difficult it would be to take out the flushmate and clean out any pooled up sludge and replace (if necessary) any rings or seals.

I love this toilet, it's probably the coolest thing in my house.
