Hey

I did chemicals first then took out all pipes and did hand snake and after that installed new garbage disposal hoping it will give some push but none helped to solve the issue.
it is still clogging or drain very slowly and when I run the disposer water goes to other sink. Please take a look at the pics and let me know what do you think about piping. under the sinks are there too many turns? By the way last pipe going into the wall seems to me going upward little bit. Thanks in advance for all your help.

You need better snaking. Bigger and longer. It's frequently discussed.

By the way last pipe going into the wall seems to me going upward little bit.
That one I can help with. If you cannot slide the slip nuts on the sink tailpiece and the black drain from the disposal, cut maybe 1/2 inch off of each. That way you can slide each of those nuts 1/4 to 1/2 inch higher than they are now. When those slide up, the p-trap will rise. When the p-trap rises, the trap arm (last pipe) will slant downward.

I picked 1/2 inch cuts as a guess. But note that for whatever length you cut, there is at least 1/4 inch of range in how high you can slide. Therefore the cuts do not have to be precise.
