Backwater valve with sleeve install

Hello, I am installing a backwater valve with sleeve in a basement bathroom. We had to rough-in the plumbing which included jackhammering the floor out. When I'm filling the hole around the backwater valve can I just pour concrete right around the sleeve or does it require any sort of reinforcement around it?
