what's the smallest half-bath space?

Hi folks--I want to put one in a 4'x3' space. Any prayer? Configuration ideas? Many thanks--

There are some specs that will limit things...code requires 15" either side of the center of the toilet, and that can feel crowded. If you can support a pocket door, so you don't have to account for the swing, that will make things much easier. That is not always possible, though. A corner wall-hung sink rather than a vanity is probably the thing, too. Depends somewhat on where the door is.
