brizo shower body

HOw are you supposed to adjust these high end brizo shower bodies.When you pull off the cover and adjust the temperature setting nothing seems to happen.there is a center screw on it but it does not seem to want to come out to get at the guts of the body.I don't have the pamphlet on the shower body.I would love to get some info on this shower body.
