I am trying to replace the handles on an old Kohler shower faucet. I have removed the cap and the screw but I can't get the handle off. The base of the faucet does not turn. There is a collar beneath the handle that fits over the base and I can slide on the handle but I can't see any type of set screw. Has anyone seen this type before or have any suggestions?
