Can anyone identify this shower handle/valve stem

Hello.

I have judging by the plate a 1960s American Standard single pull shower/tub faucet. I was planning on doing the cam and shaft repair kit job but once I removed the plastic handle on mine the shower cam looks nothing like the pin type one in the repair kit. I have attached a few photos to show what I have. If anyone recognizes this unit I'd be grateful for any info regarding parts and make.
