Toto Flush Handle

We installed our Toto low-profile toilet about 11 years ago. It's worked fine until the plastic element at the point where the arm enters the tank wore out. I need to replace the flush handle, but can't locate the paperwork giving the name of the model. The numbers "C854" are stamped on the inside of the tank. The numbers "13A" and "A281" are stamped on the underside of the tank cover. Can you tell me the part number of the flush handle I need? Thanks!
