I have a standard Crane flush toilet. I notice a small drizzle of water from the tank to the bowl. It is just enough to notice a slight disturbance in the bowl. How would I fix this?

In most cases a flapper will do the trick.

However sometimes the fill valve is not shutting off. This can be recognized by a high water level in the tank and water running over the top of the overflow tube...
