Hi - This is my first time posting -- I'm sure I'll be back!
I'm finishing a stubbed-in bathroom with tub, WC, vanity, and a shower that I'd like to have jet sprays and shower head. The 2 jets are 2.5 GPM. The plumbing store salesman said I would need a 3/4" diverter to supply these. The two supply lines are 1/2". Does that mean that I would have to replace the supply lines to the shower with 3/4" (which could be a huge pain depending on how far back the 3/4" line is) or do two 1/2" lines combine to make up the required 3/4"?
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm learning, though!
