Shallow well, pressure issues

I have to assume those depths are static levels. The actual drawdown level while pumping can change. Have you actually tested the well drawdown?
I have several neighbors in the same aquifer as I am, not one else is having any issue. My bet is on the system, not the water. Not that I have a lot of experience with wells.

I think you have or it would still be pumping.
There IS water, it's pumping, it's just not building up pressure. I can manually kick the pressure switch off and run the water and it will start up again on its own with the prime it's maintained.

The filter on the wall is from a previous incarnation (I upgraded to all Pex a couple years back) and I haven't tied it into the new lines.
I see you have a check valve near the pump. Is that the only check valve or is there another one at or in the well? Multiple check valves can reduce the depth the pump can draw from.
