Camera inspection of the path to the septic and/or vent would be good and time-efficient.
Here is another way that can be done cheaply, but requires sufficient motivation and time:
You would look for pressures, or even vacuums at various spots. When you try a spot upstream of the belly/blockage, then the pressure will match atmospheric pressure. When downstream of the problem, then expect to see a displacement of the water in the tube at times.
If you try this, take photos. We would like to see photos of what leads to your successful diagnosis.
