Replacing old shower faucet - ID help!

Hi -

I am buying a condo for my ex to live in. I am out of state. I want to replace these old faucets with a new set without having to re-plumb. Can someone help me identify the brand and what cartridge and diverter set I can replace this with? Thanks.

It is Mixet, and you can only replace it with the same thing, since that is all that is available for it.

They do have available a satin nickel trim with a larger faceplate. # SKD0204 D. Use Brasscraft brand only. Cartridge # MS-5AT.

But the diverter can be any brand, right? Just a color match issue? Those are basically all the same?

Assuming you mean diverter spout, yes.

You will want to know how the old spout attaches.

The Delta diverter spouts tend to dribble less than most.
