I had wondered if Sammy in #4 had one available: https://terrylove.com/forums/index.php?threads/porcher-veneto-toilet-repairs.799/ but he has not been back since 2007.

If nobody knows the thread that you need, your best bet may be to measure the thread on what will stay. Use a digital caliper. Use a thread gauge, and consider the thread may be metric.

I don't know why you would need the thread at both ends. You should be able to replace the stop valve at the wall if your current valve does not have a common thread.
