Hi,

Situation, I am putting an RV site on a piece of land and I am curious what type of pipe is suggested for drinkable water. This pipe will be 1.5-2ft above ground with a spigot on the end. I have been reading that PEX/PVC isnt really an option as the UV rays will break it down.

Thanks,

Paint could protect the pipe from UV.

I had misunderstood. For some reason I thought you were bringing the horizontal pipe above ground. A yard hydrant would be a good thing to come out of the ground.
