Messy DIY plumbing rough in

I'm not a ticketed plumber - but I'm sure this set up is wrong on many levels.

Am I right?

There should be a photo above but it is long gone since I originally posted this discussion in 2009. It showed a rats maze of ABS pipe going every which way and was one of the worst examples of plumbing I have seen walking into a new job site.

IT might be, but since it is black pipe in a black ditch we would be just guessing.
