low pressure to house from well

Having a problem with my well system. Very low pressure to my house just horrible/drips. The back house there is pressure. Have had one company come out did not resolve the issue. Replaced the pump 2 years ago a 5hp unit. I do not know if I have a cracked pipe? One company wants to put in a adding a bladder tank for $1500.00 Appreciate any ideas and thanks for the forum. Sean
