You should not have a valve in line before the pressure switch.

Yes, looks good. If the PVC is coming from the pump I would remove the blue handle to that ball valve so it doesn't inadvertently get closed and burn up the pump. The PVC connections just look like they need more tightening. You can use pipe dope on top of the Teflon tape, which really helps on Stainless to Stainless threads.
