Leak Down a Concrete Wall

Hello Experts!

I'm having a leak down a concrete wall which I can't tell is coming from a pipe or from the foundation. I also got a camera and tried looking up the wall but couldn't see any water pipes to identify the leak. What other troubleshooting I could attempt at this point?

You're gonna have to investigate further. I'd open up the wall and find out more

Cut the bad section out replace with new and couplings . Assuming the pipe is cracked
