Jaclo Cubix rectangle trim plate removal , how does it come off?

Loosen or remove the set screws on the underside of the handles. The trim plate can then be removed.

Ok thanks, looks like plumber silicone the plate to the tile, gonna have to carefully cut thru that silicone
