bathroom remodel.
changed tub location and drain location changed as well.
contractor said this is ok. I'm skeptical.
The copper pipe is the water line for the hot water baseboard heat in the bathroom.
any thoughts?

PVC melting point is 140 degrees. Hot water should not be more than 120 degrees. As long as it does the two do not touch each other, it is OK.
