Help 2.5gpm city water supply

City water supply is low flow due to my elevation. This is new construction and the regulator is removed from the meter. I’m about 240’ up from the meter almost a 1/4 away with a 1” supply poly line. Does anyone know of a city booster pump and tank system that will work with a starting supply of water under 10gpm at the home??
