Furnace blower ECM?

Any one familiar with ecm controllers for the blower motor. Blower wont come on, even if i jump r and g on control board. I hear the relay click on. But blower wont come on

Need model serial brand. Ecm motors have to get a signal from a board to run and how fast.

You would need a special ecm motor tester (based on having a similar issue years ago).
I don't know if those testers are brand specific.
