Freestanding tub plumb without drain body roughed in

So my builders finished the tile floor around the PVC drain pipe for the freestanding tub without first right in a drain body. See pic attached. My question is can someone recommend a way for me to plumb this without having to take the tile out and chip the concrete sub floor?
