need to address plumbing the tub I dont see your plan on how to use that side inlet combi?

The sketch you have of the tub drain with overflow is incorrect. You have an S trap drawn. The trap should just above the vent opening not set as you have drawn.

I would scrap the plan for the tub, Id wye off the main seperatly for tub and roll up in the side wall with the vent. At least thats an easy way that looks good to me
