Attachment to Fleck valve yoke

When you're hooking up to a Fleck valve yoke/bypass, do you prefer to run PEX directly to the yoke, use a corrugated flex hose, or something else?

Flex, but if you go with pex directly, don't make it a short straight run. Add a couple right angles to make things a tad more flexible. PEX is not as flexible as it looks.

Also, I want a right angle out of the back of the valve, so that the piping does not stick back so far.
