Anything look wrong with this picture? All this is on 2in pipe. Right is for a shower and the connection behind it is for a sink. The vent is above the sink pipe.

The wye should be flat thats a big no no . the vent can remain flat and this be legal provided the "sink" is a lav or part of a bathroom. not a kitchen sink or utility sink
