Advice for shower arm flange

Hey guys first post here. Father in-law and myself did some diy tile work (trying to remodel our master shower) the hole in the tile is not able to be covered by the shower arm flange that came with the new shower arm. anybody know where I can find a wider flange but still keep the inside diameter for the arm the same? Current flange ID is 7/8” OD is 2&1/2” . I think a 3” OD would cover it all. Thanks guys
