I am installing an air tub.
Signature Hardware Sitka 66 x 36 in. Air Bath Drop-In Bathtub with Reversible Drain in White
SHSKA6636WH
The installation instruction says the access needs to be on the end.

The bathroom is laid out with on end being a pony wall with the shower on the other side and the other end is to walk with the kitchen on the other side. Neither side accommodates an access panel. Would it be possible to put the access panel in the apron? If I don’t follow the manufacture instruction on the service panel am I asking for trouble?
I could leave access from the kitchen, but that would put the access panel in the back of a corner cabinet.
has anyone service this tub and is it critical that access be from the end?
