What's wrong with that? As long as the wire is rated for outdoors use, what's a little moisture going to do to it? He he he... Just kidding! Can you only imagine sitting in a cast iron tub or something and have that 10/3 short out? That would be a shocking experience.... I see a future Darwin award winner.

10/3? This guy wants the house to burn down

On demand water heater?

Thats why they ran it inthe vent, when it catches fire the vent will send the smoke out through the vent, when the wire end fire melts away it will fall into the trap at the bottom of the vent and problem solved. On the weekend reinstall new wire, this time maybe 8/3!!::D:):rolleyes

someone was thinking .............

that is pretty bad.....

but it is a plastic
pipe that the wire is going through so it
cant conduct electricity or make a circuit.....

you just dont want to take a bath while their is
a large rain-storm going on......

all they need to do is put a coffe can or some
sort of "hood vent " over the stack on the roof
to keep water from going down the vent and
it should pass ok...............:D
