Salt in main line morning after regen for Fleck 5600SE Water softner

Hello, The morning aftter my regen occurs the water out of the faucet is very salty. I then have to run my faucet for 5 minutes to get all of the salty water out. I have my regen scheduled for 2am so I do not think it is because the water is running during regen. Could someone help me fix this issue?
