Note that the mission band is not connected as it appears in the picture. It is slid all the way up on the cast and is not connected to the PVC below.

Ive read this comment multiple times on this site and you are correct! Replaced my stack and it was 4 1/8"! I picked up the copper to cast as the suggested band was too big. When I asked the inspectors, local plumbers, and supply store the all said 4" cast is the same size...its not!

Are you saying that the san tee should be 2 x 1.5 x 2 if san tee is used as a cleanout? Meaning the 1.5 points towards ceiling for vent? Does a 2 x 1.5 x 1.5 not work? I thought trap arm was 1.5 for kitchen sink?
