Can I tie in my shower and lav to my 3" horizontal water closet drain? My shower and and lav are at a higher elevation then the water closet drain. But the shower is wet vented by my lav and the water closet is within 9' of the vented vertical stack. The water closet drain runs below the floor...

Can you vertically wet vent a WC like this . I know my SHWR being wet vented by the LAV is legal but not sure about my WC.

Is this legal? Or do have tie into the stack with all the fixtures at the same level.

I'm in the process of finishing my basement I'm going to use 1" XPS on the walls and and 1/2" on the floor with 5/8" OSB then frame on top . I know 1" is preferred on the floor but I do not have a lot of head room. The basement is a half basement so it has only 2 outside walls it can go down...
