Hi, I recently bought a Toto Ultramax with sanigloss finish. It's been installed in an ongoing remodeled bathroom. It has never been used. I noticed several small scratches on the top of the toilet seat after it was installed. I know this isn't a huge problem but after paying over $400 for this toilet I expect it to be perfect. I called Toto service and was told to use a carnuba car wax and that should take care of it. I waxed it...it didn't help. I have since tried a 3M plastic polish that is also for removing surface scratches but that also hasn't worked. These aren't deep scratches but appear to be surface scratches. Can anyone give me any advice/tips on how to get these scratches off?
