Toto neorest 500 seat assembly?

I have a 10 year old Neorest 500 toilet and we are very happy with it. The seat has started to form a Crack and I would like to replace the seat assembly if still available. Also, my wife says it isn't heating the seat like before, but I assume it is part of the seat assembly. We did have toto service replace the wand assembly about five years ago due to lowered pressure, which was an expensive visit (first world problems). Im just not sure if it is worth it to sink money into this neorest if parts aren't available. Or, should I just plan on a complete replacement. Thanks

In 2023 Toto stopped sending out service tickets for the N500 and N600. A couple more older models will soon be on that list.
